The army of the terrorist state of Russia has concentrated its efforts on several frontlines, some of which have achieved tactical success, creating a significant advantage in forces and means. The situation is escalating, the most difficult is in the Pokrovske and Kurakhove directions.

Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrsky, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, described the situation on the frontline in a Telegram message. He noted that the picture is dynamic, with some positions changing hands several times a day, which gives rise to an ambiguous understanding of the situation.

The situation at the front in the following areas

Luhansk region. Russians are trying to use their superiority in air, missiles and artillery ammunition to reach the administrative border of the region.

Kupyansk direction. The enemy concentrated its efforts on the villages of Stelmakhivka and Berestove, had partial success, but the Defense Forces managed to stop it. The defenders improved their tactical position in the area of Synkivka.

Lyman direction. The Russian offensive on the village of Terny continues. The occupants are still trying to push the Ukrainian Defense Forces beyond the Chorny Zherebets River to no avail. Ukrainian defenders have improved their tactical position in the area of Serebryansky forestry.

Siversk direction. The enemy is advancing in the area of Bilohorivka and Rozdolivka, trying to break through and block Siversk to create conditions for a continued offensive on Sloviansk. Defense forces stopped the enemy's advance in this area.

Kramatorsk direction. The hottest spots are Ivanivske and Chasiv Yar. The Russians are trying to regain control of Klishchiyivka and reach the border through the Siversky Donets-Donbas canal.

Ukrainian Defense Forces units moved to new lines west of Berdychiv, Semenivka and Novomykhailivka to save the lives and health of the military. The enemy achieved some tactical success in these areas, but did not gain an operational advantage.

"Ukrainian troops are inflicting maximum losses on the enemy, both in personnel and military equipment. To strengthen the defense in these areas, replace the units that suffered losses, we are moving brigades that have regained combat capability," noted Syrsky.

In addition, the colonel general noted that the situation in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions remains tense.

"In the Novopavlivka sector, the enemy is trying to advance in the area of Staromayorske, in the Orikhiv sector - in the areas of Robotyne and Verbove, in the Kherson sector - still hoping to drive our troops out of Krynky. They have not succeeded in any of the areas," the Commander-in-Chief emphasized.

Moreover, he added that in the Kherson sector our troops managed to advance in the area of Veletenske and establish control over Nestryha Island.

North. Kremlin war criminals continue shelling and sabotage activities in the border regions of Sumy and Chernihiv. At the same time, there are no signs of the enemy's direct preparations for offensive actions in northern Ukraine.

In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy is increasing its numbers and regrouping troops.

"In the most threatening areas our troops have been reinforced with artillery and tank units," assured the colonel general.

According to him, rotation is currently underway in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to restore the combat capability of military units. The training of personnel in training centers continues, with the main emphasis on the quality and skill in the use of weapons.
