The occupiers launched several groups of Shahed drones against Ukraine at night: air defense work reported in a number of regions

On the evening of Thursday, June 6, Russian occupation forces launched Shahed kamikaze drones at Ukraine once again. An air raid alert was declared in the south and southeast.

This was reported on the official Telegram channel of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainians were urged to stay in safe places until the alert was lifted.

As of 10:45 p.m., the alert was announced in Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions. In Kharkiv region, the alert was issued due to the activity of enemy tactical aircraft.

"Enemy attack UAV from Kherson region enters Mykolaiv region, heading northwest," the military said.

Alert map as of 23:25. A missile alert was also issued for Kharkiv, Donetsk and Dnipro regions. Another group of attack UAVs was heading towards Kherson region.

The situation with the Shahed drones as of 23:50:

- UAVs from Mykolaiv region enter Kropyvnytskyi region, heading west;

- UAVs in Mykolaiv region are following the course of the previous ones;

- more UAVs in the Black Sea, approaching Yuzhne on a northern course;

- several new groups of enemy strike UAVs in Kherson region, heading towards Nikopol;

- UAVs in the direction of Odesa;

- UAVs in Kharkiv region, heading west.

The situation with the Shahed drones as of 1:00:

- UAV in north-eastern Vinnytsia region, heading for Bila Tserkva;

- UAV in the east of Kropyvnytskyi region, heading east (Dnipro);

- UAVs in the central, eastern, western and northern parts of Mykolaiv region, heading west and northwest;

- UAVs in Kherson region heading to Mykolaiv region;

- UAVs in the Black Sea near Zatoka, heading north.

The situation with the Shahed drones as of 4:00:

- UAVs in the south of Khmelnytskyi region, heading for Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk;

- UAV in the west of Vinnytsia region, heading northwest;

- UAV on the border of Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions, heading west;

- all other UAVs in the south of Kyiv region, heading mostly north, but the route may change.

The Southern Ukrainian Defense Forces reported that Russia had deployed three missile launchers in the Black Sea. The total volley of these surface missile carriers is 24 Kalibr missiles. The military urged Ukrainians not to ignore air raid warnings and not to neglect their own safety.

As a reminder, on the night of June 5-6, the Air Defense Forces destroyed 17 out of 18 Shahed-131/136 kamikaze drones. The enemy launched the UAVs in several waves from the south to the west of our country.

A reported earlier, a fire broke out at an infrastructure facility in Khmelnytskyi region on the night of June 6 as a result of an attack by Russian UAVs.
