The occupiers come up with a new "status" for Ukrainians who refuse Russian passports

The occupiers force Ukrainians to get Russian passports

Russians continue to terrorize Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories. Starting next year, the invaders will grant the status of "foreign citizens or stateless persons" to Ukrainians who have not received a passport of a hostile country.

This was reported by the National Resistance Center. The Kremlin will introduce such "innovations" on January 1, 2025.

As noted, the website of the "migration service" of the Kremlin-controlled LPR terrorist group states that adults who have not received a Russian document are considered foreigners. However, they currently "have the right" to reside in the Luhansk region temporarily occupied by Russian troops until December 31, 2024.

"What will happen after the new year to those who do not exchange their Ukrainian passports? In this case, the occupiers will oblige everyone to register for migration or obtain a temporary residence permit from the occupation authorities," the NRC noted.

According to it, the Russians are currently creating a so-called register of foreigners, to which the occupiers threaten to add Ukrainians who refuse enemy passports.

"The National Resistance Center calls for reporting those involved in the Kremlin's hateful policy. If you have information about collaborators and gauleiters, please report them here," the organization added.

As reported, after the recent attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Mariupol region, the enemy intensified checks on the population.
