According to the Operational Command South, Russian troops attacked Odessa region three times on the night of August 14, using 15 Shahed kamikaze drones and eight Kalibr cruise missiles. The sky defenders shot them all down, but there is destruction and casualties due to falling debris.

In particular, a dormitory of an educational institution and a supermarket were damaged by debris. The blast wave shattered windows and balconies in several buildings, as well as cars parked nearby.

Heavy fires broke out at two facilities - rescuers did everything to eliminate them. Preliminarily, three employees of the burning supermarket were injured, they were given medical assistance.

"It was the loudest, it was scary, I thought it came from somewhere in the yard. I used to only go here, my favorite store, now I don't know where to go. Only that one, but everything flew out there too, so we'll have to do it somehow," - told the Odessa resident about the Russian attack on the city in a comment to journalists of Suspilne.

The head of the president's office, Andriy Yermak, published footage of a large-scale fire in the port Ukrainian city in his Telegram channel.

"Odessa. Strikes on civilian objects, on a store... Comments are superfluous. Russians are insane terrorists," he captioned it.

As of Monday morning, rescuers had extinguished the fire of the Fozzy supermarket in Odessa. Footage published online shows that the fire completely destroyed the building.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL, the occupiers on August 13 hit the Kherson region from multiple rocket launchers. Stanislav and Shiroka Balka were affected. The number of victims in these two settlements is seven people (five adult residents, an infant and a 12-year-old boy).
