Russian terrorist army shelled Kherson on Friday, January 5, at around 11:20 a.m. once again. The attack wounded four people, damaged a warehouse with humanitarian aid, residential buildings and cars.

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office. A photo of the aftermath of the enemy shelling was also published on the agency's Telegram channel.

According to the prosecutor's office, the victims, including one woman, sustained injuries of varying degrees and are being provided with medical care.

A pre-trial investigation over the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, said that the occupants had been shelling Kherson all evening and night.

"An elderly woman was injured in one of the houses. The medics provided her with assistance on the spot. There is destruction in an apartment building. A gas pipe was also damaged," the statement said.

The press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration clarified that the Dnipro district of Kherson came under fire.

A 69-year-old woman refused to be hospitalized, while three men aged 22, 23 and 46 were hospitalized. A fire broke out in the warehouse where the humanitarian aid was stored.

As reported, on the night of January 5, Russian troops attacked the village of Vysoke in the Tyahyn community of Kherson region. The enemy launched three Shahed drones, hitting an administrative building and a modular town for those who lost their homes. Seven people were injured in the attack.
