Occupants shelled Kherson and Bilozerka: there are dead and wounded. Photos and videos

On the morning of November 16, Russian terrorist forces again shelled Kherson and Bilozerka. The attack killed two people and injured three others.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported on the consequences of the shelling in Telegram. It is noted that an enemy shell killed a 67-year-old man in the regional center - the occupiers hit his house. Another woman was injured.

Law enforcement officers have already launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, clarified that the Korabelny district of Kherson came under fire. According to the official, in addition to the man who died, a 54-year-old woman was also injured. She sustained an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to her forehead and thigh. The victim was taken to a hospital and is being treated.

According to Prokudin, one person was killed and two others were wounded in Bilozerka. Residential buildings and a grocery store were damaged. A critical infrastructure facility was also destroyed. The settlement and surrounding villages were left without electricity.

Local authorities promise that the power company will return electricity to the people as soon as the security situation allows.

Later, Prokudin clarified that five people were injured in Bilozerka. The body of the deceased man was removed from the rubble of the house.

"Four people were injured. They are three women, aged 28, 56 and 34, and a 62-year-old man. All the victims were taken to the hospital by ambulance," said the head of the Regional Military Administration.

Earlier this morning, explosions were heard during an air raid in Khmelnytsky region. The region, like the neighboring ones, was under the threat of an enemy missile and drone attack. Air defense was in operation there.

Later, the spokesperson for the Ukrainian Air Force, Yuriy Ihnat, said that Russian troops had launched about 10 kamikaze drones into Ukraine. Air defense forces destroyed them on their way from the south to the western regions.

The day before, the Russians also shelled the Novhorod-Siversk community in Chernihiv region. As a result of the attack, a 41-year-old volunteer from Sumy region named Natalia, who was delivering humanitarian aid to local residents, was injured. The woman held her wounded leg and managed to get to the nearest checkpoint.

- The media reported the details of the Russian attack on a car carrying a two-month-old baby with his mother and grandfather in the suburbs of Kherson. It turned out that the 64-year-old man deliberately turned the car around to take the brunt of the attack and save his daughter-in-law and granddaughter.

- On November 16, the occupiers fired rockets at the Kharkiv region. The strike hit the Chuhuiv district, with at least seven explosions.
