On Wednesday, May 10, the Russian occupants shelled the Kherson region again. As a result of the mortar shelling, a local resident was killed.
This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General. Also residential houses and outbuildings were damaged
The Kherson regional prosecutor's office is conducting a pre-trial investigation into premeditated murder committed in violation of the laws and customs of war (part 2 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the information from the investigation, on May 10 at about 17:00 Russian troops fired mortars at a village in the Kakhovka district.
As a result of this shelling, one resident of the village received serious injuries that were incompatible with her life.
Also the houses and outbuildings were damaged.
"Prosecutors together with police investigators continue to take all possible measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military," the report added.
As OBOZREVATEL reported, Russian occupation troops shell the Kherson region every day. On Monday, May 8, the invaders struck yet another blow at Stanislav and Antonivka.
