On the night of September 4, the Russian occupation army attacked Dnipropetrovsk region with kamikaze attack drones. Some of the UAVs were shot down by air defense forces, but a flight into an infrastructure facility was also recorded.

Defenders from the air command "East" landed 6 attack drones. This was reported in Telegram by the head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration Sergey Lysak.

According to him, the enemy attack started in the region in the morning. The defenders of the Vostok air command destroyed six UAVs in the sky above the region. At the same time, the head of the regional military administration said that there was a hit on an infrastructure facility in Dniprovsky district.

As a result of the enemy attack there was a fire. Other consequences of the shelling are specified. Lysak added that according to preliminary data, there were no casualties.

As a reminder, troops of the aggressor country Russia staged a massive attack by Shahed-type kamikaze drones on the south of Ukraine's Odessa region on the night of September 4. Air defense forces shot down about 17 attack UAVs, but there were also hits on civilian infrastructure.

The night before, on September 3, Russia attacked Odessa region with 25 Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones. Of these, the air defense forces destroyed 22 of the attacking UAVs, while there was also a hit on port infrastructure, leading to a fire and two casualties.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL, Ukraine will receive anti-drone systems Slinger, produced by the Australian company Electro Optic Systems. They are capable of shooting down helicopters and Shaheds. This will help meet critical security and defense needs.
