The enemy's military personnel deployed in the occupied territories is not allowed to talk to Ukrainians: National Resistance Center names the reason

The enemy's military personnel is not allowed to talk to Ukrainians in the occupied territories

The Russian occupiers have banned its personnel from talking to the local population in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. The exception is when such contacts are required by official duties.

This is due to the fact that Ukrainians under occupation still provide their Defense Forces with significant information about the location and movement of occupation forces. This was reported by the National Resistance Center.

The NRC noted that the Russian invaders in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine have banned personnel from contacting locals unless their official duties require it.

The enemy's military personnel deployed in the occupied territories is not allowed to talk to Ukrainians: National Resistance Center names the reason

"The reason for the decision was the large amount of information that the locals pass on to the Defense Forces. Thus, the distrust of the occupiers towards the locals is growing. Therefore, all units in the occupied territories have been instructed not to talk to civilians," the Center noted.

This ban, according to the Center, reveals the real level of "control" of the invaders in the occupied territories and how much Ukrainians under occupation are "happy" about the arrival of the "Russian world."

"This once again shows that the enemy still does not control the occupied territories and is only a temporary occupier on this land. All their movements will still be known and everyone will be punished. You can report the basing of the Russian Armed Forces or the location of warehouses here. The anonymity of appeals is guaranteed," the NRC noted.

Earlier, the National Center for National Security reported that Russia is building a network of militarization institutions for young people and has "plans" for Kherson and Zaporizhzhia. The invaders use coercion to change the self-identification of young people and encourage them to support Russian rule. Later, these young people can be recruited into the ranks of the security forces and the occupation army.
