At this stage of the war against Ukraine, the Russian occupation army is actively using attack drones. They can be called a weapon that Russia has relied on.

The statement was made by Oleksandr Borodin, a spokesman for the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Early in the morning on Thursday, November 30, he spoke on the air of the United News telethon.

The military noted that at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the enemy relied more on reconnaissance units and classical weapons systems. Now the situation has changed. The occupiers are very actively practicing with attack drones, including kamikaze drones.

The number of Russian UAV operators has increased significantly. They are quite professional, Borodin said.

"As for parity, we have an advantage in accuracy. We are faster in making decisions, new technical decisions. But we need to understand that the enemy is massive. That is why we need to develop drones and electronic warfare," said the representative of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported:

- On the night of November 30, the aggressor country launched another air attack on Ukraine. Our air defense destroyed 14 out of 20 Iranian-made Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs. The enemy also launched missiles at the regions. There have been some destructive incidents.

- Russia tried to strike Khmelnytsky region with kamikaze drones, among other things. The wreckage of a Shahed-136/131 fell on the territory of a former factory, local authorities said.
