Russian troops are accumulating forces to intensify attacks on Ukraine's infrastructure and coastal zone. The occupants are warning civilian vessels at sea not to sail to Ukrainian ports.

This was reported by the representative of the Defense Forces of the south Natalia Humenyuk on the air of the TV marathon on July 28. She noted that this night was somewhat calmer in contrast to the previous ones in the south, but this may be a sign of a tactical pause of the occupants.

"They are clearly accumulating forces and gathering capacity in order to continue to press on the sensual elements they want to gain an advantage in. We're talking about ports and Black Sea area, where they're trying to dominate. During radio intercepts, we hear more and more information on how they warn civilian ships not to sail to Ukrainian ports," Humenyuk said.

According to Humenyuk, the recent strong storm brought a few Russian mines to the Black Sea coast.

"During the past two days, more than 10 enemy mines were detonated off our coasts. Only two of them were destroyed by controlled forces. Due to the fact that access to the coast is now restricted, no one was hurt" she said.

The danger remains not only because of the storm but also because the Russian military that started to put more mines.

Thus, the invaders hide their equipment behind civilian houses and mine the outskirts of villages so that people cannot leave the settlements on the Kinburn Spit.

"However, we still work on the artillery of the occupants when they bring their weapons to firing positions. The moral and psychological spirit of the Russians stationed on the Kinburn Spit is extremely low. There is no rotation there because of the shortage of personnel. That is why they bought a one-way ticket," Humenyuk said.
