The Crimean bridge may be destroyed by July 2024: The Sun pointed out what is needed for this

Ukraine plans to destroy the Kerch Bridge in the temporarily occupied Crimea by mid-July. A hellish bombardment of the structure with Storm Shadow missiles, naval drones and F-16s can finally destroy the only land bridge from Russia to Crimea.

This is reported by The Sun. Ukrainian officials have set themselves a target of approximately 100 days to implement their plan and destroy the bridge, which is the number one target for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Brian Clarke, an expert on naval operations and electronic warfare, predicts that Storm Shadow missiles will be used to strike the bridge structure, while attack drones will explode near its base.

A successful attack would require at least 20-40 missiles, and after the upper parts of the bridge are damaged by the missiles, the base would be attacked.

"For Ukraine, the bridge is the number one target - a grotesque demonstration of 10 years of Russian occupation. Its destruction would be an important step towards victory in the Black Sea war, cutting off the main route of Russian military supplies and strangling Putin's war machine," the newspaper writes.

Earlier it was reported that the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is preparing to deliver a fatal blow to the illegally built Crimean bridge by Russia. The third attempt, which is expected to lead to the final destruction of the structure, will be made during the first half of 2024.

As a reminder, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky believes that the destruction of the Kerch Bridge could happen this year. In his opinion, Ukraine not only has all the legal and moral rights to destroy the so-called Crimean bridge, but will definitely use these rights.
