SSO fighters destroyed a group of occupants on one of the Dnpro islands
The Special Operations Forces have presented footage showing the combat actions of Ukrainian defenders near an island on the Dnipro River. Five Russian occupants were neutralized during the combat operations.
This was reported by the Command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook on Thursday, July 13. The work of the assault group was completed by FPV drone operators.
The SSO noted that during the aerial reconnaissance mission on one of the islands of the Dnipro River, they discovered the positions of the Russians and also found an unknown object that significantly hampered the work of the drone.
The military decided to go to the specified area in order to eliminate the enemy forces and take control of the island.
The work of the assault group was completed by FPV drone operators.
As a result of the operation, 1 enemy boat was destroyed and 1 was damaged. In addition, 5 occupants were neutralized.
As reported by OBOZREVATEL, Ukrainian defenders from the 53rd separate mechanized brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh harshly stopped an attempted breakthrough of the occupants at the front. As a result, all enemy offensive equipment (nine APCs) along with personnel were destroyed.
