Rescuers completed search and rescue operations at the site of a missile attack on a residential high-rise building in Dnipro on July 28. As a result of another RF terrorist attack, 9 people were injured, including two teenage children.

This was reported on the Head of Dnipropetrovsk RMA Serhiy Lysak's Telegram channel. According to him, in addition to the administrative building and a high-rise, 4 more residential buildings around were damaged as well: a high-rise and two-story houses. 3 administrative buildings and 7 cars were also affected (to see the video, scroll to the end of the news).

After the work of the rescuers was completed, the utility workers began their work. At the scene of the incident, law enforcers deployed a point of reception of statements from the victims.

According to the Head of the RMA,  the occupiers also struck Nikopol and Marhanets communities from heavy artillery.

"The consequences are being clarified. But the main thing is clear: local residents are the targets", Lysak noted.

To remind, several loud explosions were heard in Dnipro on Friday, July 28, after which an air raid alert was declared. The Russians preliminary launched "Iskander" missile. The missile hit a multi-story apartment building, the Interior Ministry confirmed. The Dnipropetrovsk RMA added that the Russians also attacked an administrative building.

"A fire broke out there. The fire covered an area of 100 square meters. There are preliminary three victims. All services are working at the site", Lysak wrote.

Windows flew out in buildings near the site of the explosion, there is significant internal damage.

- The upper floors of the new building, which was hit in Dnipro by the occupiers, were uninhabited, so a large number of victims was avoided. The mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov specified that the occupants hit this location for the third time;

- Russians were satisfied with another terrorist strike by the occupiers. Russian citizens left happy comments about the attack on the Dnipro on the network, as a result of which civilians were injured.Children in particular.
