A video of the moment of Russia's second strike on Kharkiv, which killed rescuers, has been posted online. Such a vile and insidious tactic of the enemy army used in a peaceful city of one million people is an undoubted war crime.

This was reported by Serhii Bolvinov, Head of the Kharkiv Police Investigation Department. "This video shows a repeated strike, the enemy attacks for the second time when all services have already arrived at the site of the hit," the statement said.

It is noted that three employees of the State Emergency Service and a civilian woman died on the spot. The police investigator and the operative who shot the footage managed to escape.

"Our fallen heroic colleagues are three drivers of fire and rescue equipment. This shelling took place in the Novobavarsky district, the Russians again hit residential buildings and a fire broke out," Bolvinov said.

In addition, one of the rescuers was injured during this second attack. Another policeman is in hospital, he also suffered from shrapnel wounds.

"The vile and insidious tactics of the terrorist army used by the enemy in the middle of a peaceful city of one million people is a war crime. We are investigating each case and are already collecting debris and evidence. Our sincere condolences to the families of our fallen colleagues, this work is really dangerous, and everyone understands that every trip may be the last. But it is thanks to our heroes that the city is holding on," Bolvinov said.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine honored the rescue heroes who died in Kharkiv during the attack by Russian "Shahed". Lohinov Vladyslav, Baidalinov Serhii, and Matiushenko Volodymyr were killed by the enemy.

On April 4, the Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv with Shahed kamikaze drones. Explosions were heard in the city, and air defense forces were working on enemy targets. The enemy struck residential buildings, there was destruction. Russian troops hit residential buildings with Shahed missiles, both private and apartment buildings.

Rescuers spent more than three hours pulling a trapped man out of the rubble of a high-rise building in Kharkiv's Novobavarskyi district, which was hit by an enemy "Shahed" on the night of April 4.
