British intelligence has stated that the loss of Russian military equipment has increased by 88% in recent days. In particular, the invaders began to lose almost twice as many tanks.
The data indicate a steady increase in the intensity of the Russian offensive campaign along the entire front over the past two weeks. At the same time, British intelligence noted that the key factor contributing to the increase in the number of attacks is likely to be the freezing conditions of the ground. This ensures the movement of armored vehicles over rough terrain.
As a reminder, the terrorist army of the Russian Federation continues to send a huge number of personnel into the battle in the Avdiivka sector. The enemy is not achieving any significant territorial success, but is suffering huge losses. During the four months of offensive operations near Avdiivka, Russian losses are already comparable to those of the USSR in the war in Afghanistan.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces have already eliminated 376,030 Russian army personnel since the beginning of the Russian invasion 697 days ago. Only during the fighting on January 20, the defenders eliminated 760 occupants.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, soldiers of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine destroyed an expensive Russian anti-aircraft missile system. With a precise strike, the defenders turned the Thor air defense system into scrap metal. It is worth noting that the occupiers tried to shoot down a Ukrainian drone with a missile from the Tor, but missed.
