Russian soldiers sabotage equipment in Pokrovsk direction - ATESH

Russian occupants continue to fight the orders of their command in the Pokrovsk sector. To avoid storming Ukrainian positions, the invaders savotage their equipment.

They break down armored vehicles, artillery, and other weapons deliberately every day. This was reported by the ATESH military movement of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars on Telegram.

According to their agents, over the past month and a half alone, at least 12 pieces of equipment have been damaged as a result of sabotage: 5 infantry fighting vehicles and 2 T-72 tanks were broken down before they reached their combat positions, while 4 trucks and one armored personnel carrier suffered "sudden" engine and transmission failures.

The guerrillas note that sabotage is particularly popular among the soldiers of 37th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade and 5th Guards Tank Brigade, who have previously repeatedly refused to obey orders and deliberately broke down their equipment. The Russian command has already launched an investigation into these incidents.

"Our agents, whose number is constantly growing, played an important role in these acts of sabotage. They managed to sabotage the equipment thanks to the detailed instructions we provided them. We have prepared video tutorials that explain how to do it easily without attracting attention," ATESH said.

As a reminder, the advance of Russian troops in the Pokrovsk sector has slowed down over the past two weeks amid reports of the enemy's possible plans to prioritize offensive operations toward Kostiantynivka. This is the southernmost point of Ukraine's "fortress belt" in Donetsk region, so the occupiers will likely try to attack it in the spring and summer of 2025.

Earlier, it was reported that Russian troops are using a huge number of personnel and equipment in Pokrovsk sector in an attempt to bypass Pokrovsk from the west. This direction at the front remains the most active in the east.
