A number of residential buildings and cars were damaged

On Monday, October 2, Russian occupants shelled Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, once again. Two civilians were injured as a result of the attack.

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office. The local prosecutor's office has already launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) (to view the photo, scroll to the bottom of the page).

The attack was carried out around 14:30. According to preliminary information, it was a CAB on the basis of FAB-250.

A man and a woman were injured as a result of another crime by Russian troops.

In addition, a number of residential buildings and cars were damaged. Full information is being clarified.

"Prosecutors, in cooperation with police investigators, are taking all measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the armed forces of the aggressor state," the statement said.
