Russians shell Avdiivka and Toretsk in Donbas: two civilians killed. Photo
On September 18, Russian invaders struck Toretsk and Avdiivka in the Donetsk region. This led to the destruction of private houses, damage to a car, but the worst part is that two civilians were killed.
This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General. The office opened criminal proceedings to ensure that all those responsible for war crimes are punished.
According to preliminary data, one man was killed by an artillery shell in Toretsk. And in Avdiivka, a woman was fatally wounded when one of the invaders' ammunition hit the yard of her private house.
"Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to record Russia's war crimes against the civilian population of Donbas," the statement said.
As OBOZREVATEL reported, the day before, the Russian army fired 92 times at residents of Kherson region. The enemy fired 502 shells from mortars, artillery, UAVs, aircraft and multiple rocket launchers at the settlements.
Early in the morning, a series of powerful explosions occurred in the Khmelnytsky region - they were on the territory of an enterprise, and a fire broke out there. The occupiers also destroyed a railroad track in the region.
