Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops attempted to advance in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Maryinka directions, where more than 30 military clashes took place. The attacks were unsuccessful in the vicinity of Bilohorivka, Maryinka, Avdiivka and a number of other settlements.

Meanwhile, the aviation, artillery and missile forces of the Ukrainian Defence Forces continued to destroy enemy equipment, manpower and stores, the enemy's command post and more than 20 artillery units of the Russian Armed Forces at firing positions were also hit. How the day went at the front, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine told in its traditional morning briefing.

Ukrainian soldiers continued to destroy the occupants and their equipment.

Thus, the aviation of the Defence Forces conducted seven strikes on the areas of concentration of the enemy personnel and four strikes on the enemy's anti-aircraft missile systems in the past 24 hours. Units of rocket and artillery forces during the day struck a command post, four areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment, two ammunition depots, one fuel and lubricants depot, 23 artillery units at firing positions, two electronic warfare facilities and two enemy communication nodes.

On the night of 23 June, Russian forces launched a massive missile and air strike against Ukraine again. The enemy hit with X-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles and Shahed-type kamikaze drones.

Also over the past 24 hours, the enemy carried out a missile and air strike on the territory of Ukraine, using three Kh-47 Kinnzhal air ballistic missiles, three Kh-22 cruise missiles and four Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones. Air defence forces and equipment destroyed 3 kamikaze drones.

Russian troops also carried out 49 air strikes and nearly 50 volley fire attacks.

The threat of missile and air strikes throughout Ukraine remains very high.

The aggressor is concentrating its main efforts in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Maryinka directions - more than 30 engagements took place during the day.

In the Volyn and Polissya directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanskyi directions the enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of Ogurtsovo and Pletenivka, Kharkiv Region. It carried out mortar and artillery fire on the settlements of Novovasylivka, Stepne, Vorozhba, Kondrativka, Andriivka, Pisarivka, Nova Sich, Slavgorod in Sumy region, as well as Udy, Veterinarne, Graniv, Kozacha Lopan, Pletenivka, Tykhe, Varvarivka, Kharkiv.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy launched unsuccessful offensives in the direction of Sinkovka. Carried out an air strike near Kyslivka. Artillery and mortar shelling by the enemy took place in Otradne, Kolodezne, Krasne Pershe, Figolivka, Novovlynsk, Dvurechnaya, Zahidne, Masiutivka, Kislovka and Berestovo of Kharkov region.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy launched unsuccessful offensives in the direction of Belohorivka, Luhansk region. It carried out air strikes in the districts of Nevske in Luhansk region and Ivanivka, Torske, Belohorivka, Dibrova and Sporne in Donetsk oblast. Artillery strikes were launched against Nevske, Dibrova, Bilohorivka in Luhansk Region and Torske, Serebryanka, Verhnekamenne, Sporne and Razdolivka in Donetsk Region.

On the Bakhmut direction, the enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of Bohdanivka, Bila Hora and Severne, Donetsk Region. Enemy artillery strikes hit Ray-Alexandrivka, Vasyukivka, Horihovo-Vasylivka, Novomarkivo, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Ozaryanivka, Pivdenne and New York in Donetsk Region.

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensives in the areas of Severne and Avdiivka. They carried out air strikes near Avdiivka and Nevelske. It launched artillery attacks on the settlements of Lastochkino, Avdiivka, Karlivka, Pervomayske and Nevelske in Donetsk Region.

The enemy carried out offensives in the direction of Maryinka and Pobieda, Donetsk Region, with no success. It carried out an air strike near Krasnohorivka. At the same time, it launched artillery attacks on the settlements of Maksymylianivka, Maryinka, Georgiyivka and Pobieda in Donetsk Region.

In the Shakhtar direction, the enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of Zolota Nyva, Velyka Novoselka and Blahodatne. The enemy shelled the settlements of Paraskoviyivka, Novomikhailivka and Blahodatne in Donetsk Region.

The enemy continues to conduct defensive actions in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, focusing its main efforts on preventing the advance of our troops. It attempted to regain lost positions near Makarivka, Donetsk Region. Conducted air strikes near Storozhevo, Makarivka, Donetsk Region, and Levadne, Zaporizhzhia Region. Carried out artillery attacks on Novoochertove, Makarivka, Storozhevo, Zelene Pole, Temirovka in Donetsk Region; Levadne, Krasne, Hulyaypole, Charivne, Novoandriyivka, Stepne, Pyatikhatki in Zaporizhzhia Region; Zolota Balka, Mykhailivka, Dudchany, Ivanivka, Sadove, Molodizhne, Belozerk, Antonivka, Kherson and Dniprovske in Kherson Region.

We shall remind you that on the morning of 23 June, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported about the consequences of a missile attack on Ukraine at night. The enemy tried to attack a military airfield in Khmelnytskyi Region. The launches were carried out from four Tu-95ms bombers from the Caspian region around midnight.

All 13 X-101/X-555 cruise missiles were destroyed by the anti-aircraft defence, most of them in the Khmelnitskyi region. In addition, sky defenders destroyed a reconnaissance UAV.
