On the evening of Wednesday, December 13, the Russian army once again attacked Odesa region with kamikaze drones. The enemy attack caused fires and injured 11 people.
Three children were among the injured. This was reported on the official Telegram channel of the State Emergency Service.
"The shelling caused a car and an outbuilding to catch fire. 11 nearby buildings were damaged," the rescuers said.
At the scene, 11 people were injured, including three children. Five people were hospitalized.
According to the head of the regional military administration, three children and two adults were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity. Two 8-year-old boys and a 12-year-old girl were diagnosed with contusions and closed head injuries. The adults were diagnosed with concussions and wounds.
The regional military administration noted that in addition to Odesa, Izmail district came under massive fire from Russian terrorists. The enemy once again targeted the port infrastructure.
The SES noted that a mobile heating station was set up at the site, and psychologists are working with the victims and residents of the village. Volunteers also organized the delivery of food and warm clothes.
It should be noted that the air alert in Odesa region lasted about six hours. Russian occupation forces launched several groups of attack UAVs in the region. The threat was to the south of Odesa region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported,
It is known that air defense forces have effectively worked on enemy targets - at least 39 downed Shaheds (32 in Odesa region and seven in Mykolaiv region), the falling wreckage of which caused destruction. In parallel with the drone attack, the enemy launched a deadly missile strike on Mykolaiv region.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, as a result of the Russian attack on December 12, apartment buildings and private houses, infrastructure facilities, including a kindergarten, were damaged in Kyiv, fires broke out, and more than 50 people, including children, were injured.
