Russian army strikes at Kupyansk district in Kharkiv region: 5 killed, 9 wounded
On the afternoon of May 19, Russian occupants struck at Kupyansk district. They shelled two villages, Novoosynove and Kivsharivka, with MLRS fire.
The attack killed five people and wounded nine others. This was stated by the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleh Syniehubov.
"Five civilians were killed and nine injured as a result of the shelling of Novoosynove and Kivsharivka villages with multiple rocket launchers," he said in a statement.

Sinegubov clarified that Russia killed men aged 64, 65 and 58, and two women aged 56 and 72 were also victims of the aggressor.
Five men and four women were wounded. All are being provided with medical care.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the invaders attacked the above-mentioned settlements with the Uragan system.
As a reminder, on May 19, in Malodanylivka community on the northern outskirts of Kharkiv, the occupiers attacked a summer recreation center. There were civilian casualties, as of 12:00, there were 8 wounded, and at least four people were killed. By 3 p.m., 16 injured and five dead were reported, including a woman who was 7 months pregnant.
Kharkiv also came under attack from the adjusted air bombs that day: the occupiers hit a cemetery and a park.
It was also reported that the day before, on May 18, the Russian army attacked about 100 settlements in Ukraine and more than 100 infrastructure facilities in 14 regions. There are dead and wounded as a result of the enemy attacks.
