Russian army strikes again in Kherson: there are victims

On the afternoon of December 9, the Russian terrorist army attacked Kherson once again. As a result of the Russian war crime, civilians were injured.

One of the victims was diagnosed with an explosive injury and a head injury. This was reported on Telegram by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

As a result of the Russian terrorist attack, a 58-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries. According to monitoring channels, the other victim is a 29-year-old man. His condition is assessed as light. He is currently being examined in hospital.

"The Russian army has attacked Kherson once again. It is known that two people were injured as a result of the shelling. A 58-year-old woman from Kherson was taken to the hospital in a moderate condition. She was diagnosed with an explosive injury and a head wound. The victim is being provided with medical assistance," the CMA reported.

According to preliminary data, the Dnipro district of Kherson came under fire from the Russian occupation forces.

In addition, on December 9 in the morning, Russian terrorists attacked Beryslav. At about 10:20, the invaders dropped a munition on the settlement from a drone.

As a result of the explosion, a local resident sustained life-threatening injuries. Another person also sustained shrapnel wounds. Both civilians were walking down the street at the time of the attack.

Under the procedural supervision of the Beryslav District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings over violations of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated. Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces.

As a reminder, on December 8, the enemy fired 62 times at Kherson, launching 318 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad, tanks, drones and aircraft.

Earlier it was reported that the army of the aggressor country Russia attacked Kherson again on the evening of December 8. The occupiers fired on the residential sector.
