Defense forces continue to fight the aggressor
On November 10, Ukrainian missile and artillery units carried out 1,092 firing missions in the Tavria direction. The occupation forces of the Russian Federation lost 642 servicemen and 53 pieces of military equipment.
Another nine Russian invaders surrendered. The commander of the Tavria operational and strategic grouping of troops, Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, spoke about the work done over the past day. He published the report on the morning of Saturday, November 11, on Telegram.
According to our military, the occupiers lost seven tanks, 11 armored personnel carriers, eight artillery systems, nine drones, 15 vehicles and three units of special equipment. The Defense Forces also attacked three enemy ammunition depots. Another 37 units of enemy military equipment were damaged.
Russian Armed Forces lost the Borisoglebsk electronic warfare station, as well as 2S19 Msta-S and 2S5 Hyacinth-S artillery systems.
The Russian army conducted 20 air strikes in the Tavria direction, initiated 58 combat engagements and fired 1,019 artillery rounds.
The enemy tried to conduct assaults in the Avdiivka direction in particular. Our soldiers are holding steadfastly, Tarnavskyi noted.
"The enemy's offensive actions southeast of Novokalynove, Stepove, Avdiivka, Severne, south of Tonenke and Pervomaiske, Marinka, Novomykhailivka, Staromaiorske in the Donetsk region and the vicinity of Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region were unsuccessful," the commander wrote.
Our troops continue to conduct offensive operations in the Melitopol direction, he added.
Tarnavskyi concluded his report with the words, "We will win together! Glory to Ukraine!"
