Russia attacked Ukraine with five drones and one missile at night: air defense forces shot down all drones
During the night of Sunday, October 29, Ukrainian air defenders destroyed five Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones used by Russia to attack our regions. At the same time, the enemy also used an X-59 missile.
A hit was reported in the Poltava region in the morning. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported repulsing another enemy attack.
It is noted that last night, the occupiers attacked Ukraine with five Shahed UAVs. The aggressor forces launched them from the southeastern direction (Russian Primorsko-Akhtarsk).
In addition, the enemy fired an X-59 guided missile from a Su-34 aircraft that was in the airspace of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.
Russian terrorists aimed the missile at facilities in the Myrhorod district of the Poltava region. The military emphasized that, according to preliminary information, there were no casualties or serious consequences.
At the same time, all drones were destroyed by the Air Force in Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Khmelnytskyi regions. Tactical aviation and anti-aircraft missile troops performed combat work to neutralize enemy targets.
According to the Southern Defense Forces, their air defense units shot down two Russian attack UAVs over the Mykolaiv region.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, on the night of October 28, Ukraine's air defense forces shot down three Iskander-K missiles. In total, Russia attacked with four such cruise missiles, all of which were aimed at the Dnipro region.
