On the night of March 4, Ukrainian sailors joined in repelling a Russian drone attack on Ukraine. They shot down more than a dozen Shaheds, some of which were flying toward Odesa.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Navy. The defenders showed a video of their nighttime combat work.
"We are resisting an enemy attack in the sky over Odesa. We continue to fight. Glory to Ukraine!" reads the caption to the footage.
The footage shows a hit on Russian drones over the sea.
In total, air defense units from the ranks of the Ukrainian Navy managed to destroy 12 Shaheds.
As a reminder, a Russian drone attack in Odesa on the evening of March 3 damaged critical infrastructure and injured four people.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, on the night of February 20, during a Russian air attack, the Ukrainian Navy shot down 16 Shahed drones. Some of these drones were also neutralized in the sky over Odesa.
