Occupiers hit Kostyantynivka with cluster shells: teenager among the wounded

Occupation troops of the aggressor country Russia shelled Kostyantynivka in Donetsk region with cluster shells on Sunday evening, July 30, injuring a 13-year-old teenager. Also injured two more civilians.
This was reported on the official Facebook-page of the Donetsk regional Prosecutor's office. The attack occurred at about 19:23.
The prosecutor's office noted that this time the Russian army hit a private sector, probably with cluster shells from Smerch MLRS.
A 13-year-old boy was grazing cattle in the pasture together with his grandfather when the occupants shelled Kostyantynivka. He received multiple shrapnel wounds.
A 44-year-old man was also wounded by shell fragments near the cemetery, and a 68-year-old local resident received mine-explosive injuries in her own yard. In addition, private residential houses were damaged.
"Started pre-trial investigation on criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal code of Ukraine)", - stated in the message.
Recall that on the evening of July 24, Russian troops also shelled Kostyantynivka. The attack killed two people, including a child, and wounded seven others. Among the wounded four children - girls of 5, 11 and 12 years old and a 12-year-old boy.
On July 29, it became known that a girl born in 2011, who was injured during the enemy attack, died in hospital.
As reported by OBOZREVATEL, in Sumy in the evening of July 29, Russian missiles hit an educational institution. It is known about two dead and 20 wounded.
