Occupiers attacked the south of Odesa region; 32 drones shot down, but some of them reached their target: seven people injured
On the night of September 13, Russian terrorists attacked the south of the Odesa region with attack drones again. Several of them hit the Izmail district; at least 7 people were injured.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa RMA Oleh Kiper on Telegram. According to him, the port and other civilian infrastructure were damaged. A fire broke out.
According to Kiper, the elimination of the consequences of the attack continues; rescuers tame the fire.
The RMA chairman said three people are in serious condition and three are in moderate condition. They have been taken to the hospital; all necessary assistance is being provided.
The Southern Defense Forces reported that Air Defense Forces shot down 32 Shahed-131/136 type UAVs over the Odesa region. The enemy attacked the region at night, targeting civilian infrastructure in the Podunavia region (lower Danube). The alarm lasted 4.5 hours.
The military noted that non-residential buildings were damaged, causing a fire of the parking lot of trucks.
The fire was promptly liquidated. 7 civilians were sent to a medical facility with injuries of varying degrees of severity. Of these, six were truck drivers and one resident. All the injured were hospitalized and one of the drivers is in extremely serious condition.
The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine reported that a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was launched under the procedural guidance of the Izmail District Prosecutor's Office on its Telegram.
British intelligence reported that the Russian military targeted "several missiles" at a civilian cargo ship in the Black Sea last month. However, this attack was successfully repelled by Ukrainian Air Defense. The ship in question was a Liberian-flagged ship docked in the port of Odesa.
The missiles, including two Kalibr, were fired from a vessel of the Russian Black Sea Fleet and shot down by Ukrainian Air Defense.

- On September 11, Russian troops hit the Stanislavska community of the Kherson district. An outpatient clinic was damaged and two civilians were wounded.
