At 10:36 a.m., the Ukrainian Air Force reported a threat of ballistic missile attacks on the northeastern and eastern regions from the Russian city of Belgorod.

According to the head of the region, "as usual, only civilian infrastructure was under fire".

"The occupiers attacked a civilian enterprise engaged in regular printing. There is a fire in the paper shop," he said.

The occupants also attacked the village of Zolochiv in Bohodukhiv district, at least two people were wounded, the official said.

Later, Syniehubov informed that medics provided assistance to two more wounded as a result of enemy shelling of the town of Liubotyn, Kharkiv district.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, in turn, said that there is now confirmed information about strikes on the transport infrastructure and one of the units of the utility company that provides life support to the city.

As of 12:29 a.m., Syniehubov clarified that six people were killed and 16 wounded in the shelling of Kharkiv. Preliminary, the enemy struck with S-300 missiles.

According to him, the hits were recorded in Kholodnohirsk and Osnoviansk districts. "The enterprise that was shelled is a civilian one, an ordinary printing house," he said.

According to media reports, the occupants damaged the Vivat printing house. The company confirmed this and said that the enemy had struck the Factor Printing House.

"This is one of the largest full-cycle printing complexes in Europe, so not only books by Vivat, but also almost all Ukrainian publishers are printed there," Vivat's website said.

In addition, Ukrzaliznytsia said that several of its facilities in Kharkiv and the region had been confirmed hit.

"During the arrivals, the employees were in the shelter. According to preliminary data, six railroad workers were injured. They were provided with medical aid. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Trains continue to run on schedule," the statement said.

As of 1:35 p.m., Sinegubov reported seven dead. Almost all of those killed at the printing house in Kharkiv were women, the exact number of victims is still being established, Terekhov told Dumka.

Ukraine's Interior Ministry showed footage of the aftermath of the attack in Kharkiv region and reported that the number of wounded had increased to 17. "Our emergency services, as always, are the first to arrive at the scene of the attack. The State Emergency Service is fighting a large-scale fire, and together with the police they are rescuing the victims," said Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to the shelling by posting a photo of the aftermath of the strikes.

"An extremely brutal Russian attack against Kharkiv and Lyubotyn – according to preliminary data, 15 missiles at once. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded. Emergency services are already at the sites of the hits, and everyone who has suffered will be provided with the necessary assistance," he wrote on his official Telegram channel.

Zelenskyy added: the enemy is taking advantage of the fact that Ukraine still lacks sufficient air defense and a reliable ability to destroy its launchers near our borders.

"And this is a weakness – not our weakness, but the weakness of the world, which for three years now has not dared to treat terrorists exactly as they deserve. Terror must lose everywhere – in any conditions, on any continent. ... I am grateful to everyone who helps us. But we need more determination. And it is from the leaders of the world," the President emphasized.
