On the morning of October 31, the Russian terrorist army fired another attack on Kherson. One civilian was killed in the attack.

The Russian army struck the suburbs of Kherson around 10:00. This was reported by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko in Telegram (scroll to the bottom of the page to see the photo).

"Around 10:00, Russian occupation forces fired on Kherson! They hit a car in the suburbs. It caught fire. After the fire was extinguished, the body of the deceased was found in the cabin. The information is being clarified," the head of the administration said.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office published footage from the scene of a Russian war crime. According to the investigation, a car came under enemy attack on the road towards the village of Prydniprovske.

Under the procedural supervision of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian armed forces.

As a reminder, Russian troops fired on a minibus in Kherson on the afternoon of October 30. Seven people were injured in the attack. One of the wounded is in serious condition.

Earlier it was reported that the Russian occupiers had once again shelled the Kherson region. Russian aviation struck Novoberislav and Kozatske in Beryslav district. A woman was injured in the Russian attack.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, on the afternoon of October 27, Russian troops shelled Zelenivka near Kherson. The attack killed a man and wounded another. The occupiers hit a residential building, turning it into ruins.
