Occupants complain about another attack on the bridge over Chongar: what is known

Russian propagandists have started writing about a second strike on the bridge in Chongar, which was allegedly carried out at dawn on 29 July. This bridge connects the temporarily occupied Crimea with the mainland of Ukraine.

Military expert Mykhailo Zhyrokhov drew attention to this. At the same time, Chongar publics say that a railway bridge near the village was allegedly damaged.

"Rashists write: 'Today at about 5:15, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck again at the bridge over Chongar.' And ours are silent," the expert wrote.

Russian propagandists complain about a missile strike on the Chongar bridge with "unclear consequences" and complain that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have taken their logistics seriously.

Meanwhile, local chat rooms say that the passage through Chongar was allegedly closed - and while some claim to have information about the resumption of the passage, others claim to have heard from the occupiers that there will be no passage for at least a day. Those who planned to travel through Chongar, according to people, were turned away and advised to go through Armyansk.

At the same time, some commentators note that the railway bridge through this settlement has been damaged.

"They hit the railway bridge," "The crossing, the bridge, they say. Chongar," some subscribers of local groups said.

However, so far there is no confirmation that the bridge in Chongar was hit. Locals only post photos of traffic jams in the Chongar area.

There have also been no official statements from the Ukrainian military.

However, the gauleiter Vladimir Saldo published an interesting story about 12 missiles launched at the bridge, all of which were allegedly shot down by Russian air defence forces, and Saldo has already "repaired" the damage.

"Last night, the Kyiv regime's militants tried to destroy the railway between Kherson region and Crimea by firing twelve long-range Storm Shadow missiles. All the missiles were shot down by our air defence systems. In one place, the falling fragments of expensive foreign weapons, given to the Kyiv clique by the West for "peaceful purposes", slightly damaged a guard's booth and a contact line. As I write these words, the damage has already been repaired by a repair team," he said.

As is his wont, Saldo did not show the debris or the minor damage that had been repaired.

The traitor and criminal, who faces a lengthy prison sentence in Ukraine, pretended not to understand why the Ukrainian military would need to "block" the main supply route for the occupiers: he accused Ukraine's defenders of seeking to "hurt people".

"Once again, the enemy is shelling civilian infrastructure. I am convinced that they have deliberately arranged another provocation on the eve of the opening of railway traffic on the Genichesk-Dzhankoy route to make people uncomfortable. It seems that they are driven not by a rational, albeit cynical, calculation, but by some kind of inhuman anger. This proves once again that the Kyiv regime is a terrorist organisation that should not exist. And it won't," the traitor, who will certainly face trial if he lives to see it, said in a threatening tone.

Earlier, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine said that the night before, an ammunition depot of the invaders exploded in the occupied Crimea. After the explosions, locals heard the detonation of shells. Crimeans also reported that ambulances and police were rushing to the scene.

According to military intelligence, a temporary ammunition depot of one of the Russian marine brigades was hit. It was the result of a sabotage.
