Occupants attacked Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region: two people were killed and one wounded. Photos
On Saturday, November 9, Russian troops launched an air strike on Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region. The attack killed two people and wounded another.
The Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Region has launched a pre-trial investigation into the attack under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding violations of the laws and customs of war. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor's office.
The strikes, which the enemy inflicted around 11:00, damaged private houses, high-rise buildings, outbuildings, and 15 garages.
During the shelling, power wires fell on two passers-by, causing a fire that killed them on the spot. Their bodies were badly burned. The victims are being identified.
A 61-year-old man was also injured and hospitalized.
According to preliminary data, the attack was carried out with a KAB-1500 guided missile.
Despite the difficult situation, law enforcement officers are actively working at the scene to document this war crime in order to bring the perpetrators to justice.
As a reminder, on the night of November 9, air defense forces shot down 32 of the 51 kamikaze drones used by Russia to attack Ukraine. The bulk of the "Shahed" drones were aimed at the Odesa region.

On the morning of November 9, it became known that the attack left one dead and at least 13 wounded. Two children were among the victims.
