The Armed Forces of Ukraine showed footage from the liberated village of Novovorovka in Zaporizhia. The village had been under Russian occupation for more than a year.

The video was posted in the official Telegram channel of the Center for Strategic Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (StratCom AFU). Thanks to the counterattack actions of our soldiers, the village was liberated from the invader.

According to the soldiers, there is still fighting in the vicinity of the village. Ukrainian defenders are clearing the area to make way for infantry.

"Everything is done. No losses, thank God. Before, it was scary to walk along this road, we used to walk along the landing," the defender claims.

According to the soldier, his battalion has been fighting on the front lines since the first days of the full-scale war. The fighters are motivated and focused only on victory because they are defending their land.

"Slowly we will finish them off, we know what we are fighting for, we are for the Motherland," said the soldier.

Recall that the Defense Forces announced the liberation of Neskuchnoye in the Donetsk region from the occupants. This occurred on June 10, 2023.

Earlier it was reported that the AFU advanced up to 1 km near Ugledar, there are battles in a number of directions. The offensive is taking place in the south of Ukraine and in the direction of Bakhmut.
