On March 14, an explosion in the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region, occurred. As it became known, the car of local collaborator Ivan Tkach exploded and caught fire.

Russian propaganda media reported about it. The Russian occupiers immediately blamed Ukraine.

A local businessman and traitor to Ukraine, Ivan Tkach, died from wounds in a hospital as a result of a car explosion in the temporarily occupied Melitopol.

"The owner of the car blown up in the center of Melitopol today, Ivan Tkach, died in hospital from his wounds," the Russian occupiers wrote in a local Telegram channel.

Of course, the Kremlin's local accomplices immediately blamed Ukraine. It is noted that the car was blown up with an improvised explosive device.

It is important to note that after the beginning of the occupation, Tkach switched to the side of the enemy, his transport company provided various services to the occupiers, and he himself headed the Municipal Enterprise "City Transport" established by the occupiers.

Ivan Tkach was a well-known personality in Melitopol, owning one of the city's largest transportation companies and having ties to the Russian occupiers. After the seizure of the region, he was appointed director of the Municipal Enterprise "City Transport" of the "civil-military administration" of the Zaporizhzhia region.

Ivan Tkach established transport links with the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula, as well as with some cities in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
