Journalists identify traitors of Ukraine who train Russian "mobiks". Source: Public

Ukrainian investigative journalists have identified 151 "military specialists" who have been entrusted by the terrorist state of Russia with the mission of training thousands of mobilized Russians. 12 of the "specialists" on this list have Ukrainian citizenship but betrayed their country and are not only teaching but also participating in the war on the enemy's side.

The information received from an anonymous source was published by the Suspilne media outlet. Among the Russian supporters are former prisoners, participants in the war in Afghanistan, convinced Russian nationalists, etc.

Vyacheslav Moskalenko. A 48-year-old private who teaches the mobilized how to handle anti-tank missile systems and easel-mounted anti-tank grenade launchers. Originally from Kupyansk, Kharkiv region. He has Russian citizenship but has not renounced his Ukrainian citizenship. He has a criminal past and a criminal record – in 1999, he was convicted of stealing state property on a large scale. He served two years in prison.

After that, he illegally left for Moscow, got married, and settled in Voronezh, where he joined the Central Cossack Army IV. In 2014-2022, he became a volunteer and went to fight against Ukrainians in the east of our country as part of the "Donbas IAF".

According to media reports, he also took part in an armed attack by Russian troops on Mariupol in the spring of 2022.

Mykola Klochko. A 64-year-old lieutenant colonel, a native of Bakhmut, who currently lives in the temporarily occupied Alushta in Crimea and works for the Russian army, although he shows a seemingly quiet life and travels on social media. He fought in Afghanistan. Currently, he teaches terrorist recruits how to handle weapons.

Almost 20 years ago, he started a business, renting goods for sports and recreation. Interestingly, the company is still operating. As of 2020, he also had a valid account in a Ukrainian bank. The traitor received Russian citizenship after the occupation of the peninsula but probably did not give up his Ukrainian citizenship either.

Denys Dymchenko. A 43-year-old instructor of the occupiers from the village of Brylivka in the Kherson region, now controlled by the Russian Federation. Since the age of 14, he has lived in St. Petersburg, where he received a higher military education. During the Revolution of Dignity, he lived in Simferopol, where he studied at the Vernadsky Taurida National University, although ideologically he was drawn to the "Russian world," as was his entire family.

From 2014 until the full-scale invasion, he was a volunteer of the Viking terrorist battalion, fought against Ukraine, led a reconnaissance company, and was awarded the "Donbas Volunteer" award. However, the traitor did not renounce his Ukrainian citizenship.

He managed to fight in Libya as a Russian mercenary, and then as a private in the newly created Bars 23 unit in eastern Ukraine. After the full-scale invasion, he took part in combat operations in the Kharkiv region and simultaneously taught mobilized Russians how to shoot. He was liquidated in the Donetsk sector in April 2024.

Vitaly Maksakov. 61-year-old colonel of the Russian army. Originally from Crimea. In 2010, he changed his Ukrainian surname to Miroshnychenko. He is a convinced Russian nationalist, "a descendant of Cossack Plast members from Rostov".

In 2014-2015, he was an instructor for the so-called "Apalchentsy of the DPR", and now he teaches mobilized Russians special training and tactics. The traitor gained his skills and combat experience in the wars of aggression in Afghanistan, Transnistria, and Ukraine. In 2014, according to journalists, he was among the "little green men" who occupied Crimea. After that, he became a businessman on the peninsula. His son is probably currently fighting in Ukraine.

Anatoliy Malaletko. A 68-year-old retired colonel. Originally from Pavlysh village, Kirovohrad region, where he still has relatives. He "put on the shoulder straps" of the Russian army at the age of 16, served in Soviet troops in Germany, and fought in Afghanistan. Later, he was the first occupation military commander of Crimea, leading it for almost three years.

In the spring of 2015, he organized one of Russia's biggest crimes on the occupied peninsula – the conscription of Crimeans into the Russian army, investigators say. Currently, the character is probably training military enlistment officers to mobilize Russians.

Rustam Rakhmatov. A 53-year-old colonel, a tanker who received his military education in Ukraine, the country he is now fighting against. A native of Chkalovsk, Tajikistan, he studied at the Kharkiv Guards Higher Tank Command School named after the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Russians shelled this university with heavy artillery. The traitor is currently teaching the occupiers how to work with Soviet T-64 and T-72 tanks.

The full list of Russian instructors is available in an open table.
