Kosovo will transfer two packages of military aid to Ukraine. The first package will include trucks and tactical and armored vehicles, and the second will include mortar shells.

This was announced by the Minister of Defense of partially recognized Kosovo, Ejup Maqedonci, who participated in the 20th meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine (Ramstein). The politician announced his assistance to Kyiv on his Twitter page.

"Kosovo will continue to support Ukraine in its heroic war against Russian aggression," Maqedonci emphasized.

At a meeting in the Ramstein format on March 19, he announced a second package of military aid for Ukraine, consisting of mortar shells.

"The first batch of trucks and tactical and armored vehicles will be delivered next week (March 25-31 - Ed.)," the minister wrote.

To recap, Kosovo joined the Ramstein Coalition at the second meeting (May 23, 2022).

As previously reported, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the new meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine's Defense productive. It did produce results. After the 20th Ramstein meeting, which took place in Germany on March 19, our country will receive "new defense packages, including much-needed artillery," the guarantor said.
