In Russia, a man was accused of discrediting the army because of a leaflet thrown into the trash

In Krasnodar, a report of administrative offense was drawn up against a Russian for throwing a leaflet advertising service in the Russian Armed Forces into a trash can

In Krasnodar, an administrative report was drawn up against the Russian for "discrediting the Russian army". He allegedly threw into the trash a leaflet he had been handed advertising contract service in the Russian Armed Forces.

An aggravating circumstance was that, in the opinion of the official who drew up the report, the Russian threw the leaflet away "demonstratively." A photo of the protocol was published on the Telegram channel "Nikolaevsky Vanek".

"Krasnodar is a harsh city, of course. If you throw away a leaflet, there is a report," the channel's author commented on the photo succinctly.

The report states that vigilant Russian "law enforcement" officers have identified the most dangerous criminal, a Russian citizen born in 1992. He "committed public acts aimed at discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces to protect the Russian Federation and its citizens, and to maintain international peace and security" by throwing a leaflet he had been handed advertising service in the Russian army under contract into a trash bin near a shopping center in the city.

According to the drafters of the administrative report, after receiving the leaflet, the citizen "continued driving" and "defiantly" threw it into the trash can.

For this, an administrative report was drawn up against the Russian under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. He will pay a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles for a piece of paper thrown into a trash can.

Earlier, an activist from Orenburg complained to the FSB about the local authorities for "discrediting" the army. In his statement, he noted that a billboard advertising the Russian army in this city was placed near one of the city cemeteries where the occupiers liquidated in Ukraine are buried.

"I believe that the logical chain "cemetery - contract service" is a real, not far-fetched discrediting of the Russian Armed Forces," he wrote in his statement.
