In Melitopol, a doctor refused to hospitalise a child without Russian citizenship

The Russian invaders continue to terrorise the residents of the temporarily occupied settlements of Ukraine. The enemy is still trying to carry out forced passportisation of the population.

Moreover, the invaders even refuse to provide medical care to children without Russian citizenship. This was reported by the Ria Melitopol Telegram channel.

The day before, an ambulance was called to a child in the occupied city with a suspected fractured tibia and concussion. However, the doctor refused to hospitalise the child, who did not have Russian citizenship.

It is noteworthy that upon arrival at the scene of the call, the so-called doctor began asking questions not about the child's condition and injuries, but about citizenship. Also, before starting the examination, the enemy actually interrogated the minor.

First, the doctor asked where the parents worked and what the family's attitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine was. After this interrogation, the child was not admitted to the hospital.

At the same time, local media note that this is not an isolated case. The occupiers in Melitopol refuse to hospitalise and provide first aid to anyone who does not have a Russian passport.

As a reminder, Russian invaders are increasing pressure on the civilian population in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. In Zaporizhzhia, people are being forced to obtain Russian passports. People are not treated in hospitals or hospitalised without an ausweis issued by the occupiers, and checkpoints threaten to take away their cars and dig through their mobile phones.

Earlier, it was reported that Russian Interior Ministry employees appeared in the occupied territory of Luhansk region. Their goal is to "convince" local residents of the need to obtain Russian passports.

As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, the Presidential Office explained the advice of Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets to take a Russian passport in the territories temporarily occupied by Russians to save lives. They stressed that Ukrainians should do so only to avoid repression and torture.
