After a rocket attack on Kharkiv, rescuers found the body of a 15-year-old boy under the rubble. The teenager, named Borys, lived with his grandparents on the ground floor, where the collapse occurred.

The spokesperson for the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Dmytro Chubenko, said this on the air of the all-Ukrainian telethon. According to him, rescuers saw Borys's body under heavy slabs, but unblocking it required special care to avoid damaging the body. As of 14:30, the body was removed.

"Right now, rescuers are unblocking the body of a 15-year-old boy. He lived on the first floor with his grandparents. They were in another room at the time of the hit. He was in the room where 6 floors collapsed. The rescuers can see the body now, but there are heavy slabs on it. The question of how to unblock it without damaging the body is being resolved," said Chubenko.

He added that most likely the boy had already died, as he had been under the rubble for a long time. He has serious injuries, there are no signs of life, and his limbs do not move.

The victim's relatives, including his aunt Alla Stepaniuk, came to the site to wait for news from the rescuers.

"My nephew Borys, 15 years old, is under the rubble. He is in the room where everything collapsed and where they are trying to find him now. He is our only boy. Everything was fine, I talked to him, we talked and literally half an hour later, his mother called me and shouted that they couldn't get him. I came right away and we are waiting. I hope, I believe, that he is alive, that everything is fine," she said.

Borys lived with his grandparents because the house was located near his school.

As of 14:30, the body of the 15-year-old was removed from the rubble.

Thus, the death toll from the enemy shelling of a high-rise building in Kharkiv on October 30 increased to three.
