"Half the house was blown away": horrific footage of the aftermath of the arrival in Kryvyi Rih appeared online
A Russian strike on a five-storey building in Kryvyi Rih on the night of June 13 destroyed half of the building, with people still trapped under the rubble. But a fire broke out at the site of the strike, and windows were smashed in apartments, neighbouring buildings and cars parked nearby.
The Head of the Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, said there were casualties and injuries. Residents of Kryvyi Rih posted eerie footage of their homes, which were destroyed by the occupiers (to see photos and videos, scroll down to the bottom of the news story).
"Everything is very bad, the missile hit a five-storey residential building, there is significant damage," "Half of the high-rise building was simply blown away," they wrote online.
One of the residents rented her apartment, where the blast wave smashed windows, destroyed furniture and scattered all her belongings around.
"Here it is, the 'Russian world'. You sleep like this, half past four in the morning, and then..." - the woman trailed off, pointing to the destruction on camera.
The mother and daughter, Liudmyla and Tetiana, told how they fled from the house that was hit. They said that in a state of shock, they grabbed bags with their belongings, documents and water prepared in advance and ran outside. There, they were treated by medics.
"Everyone is in dust and smoke, and I am in glass. It exploded for the second, third time - everything is falling on me... As we were taught, I took the emergency suitcase by the door and ran out," one of the women shared her emotions, adding that they had cuts, but it was not scary, the main thing was that they were alive.
According to the head of the Kryvyi Rih city military administration, Oleksandr Vilkul, the explosions occurred around 03:25. Russian terrorists struck several civilian objects in different parts of the city, where fires broke out.
One of the enemy's strikes hit a five-storey apartment building, where people could have been trapped under the rubble. In the morning, there were reports of injuries in extremely serious condition, as well as casualties.
All relevant services were working at the arrival sites: rescuers extinguished fires, medics provided assistance to the injured and wounded, and law enforcement officers recorded the consequences of another Russian crime.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, on the night of June 13, the terrorist state of Russia launched another massive air attack on Ukrainian cities. In addition to Kryvyi Rih, arrivals were recorded in Kharkiv, and enemy missiles and drones were shot down on the approach to Kyiv.
