Over the past 24 hours, more than 20 military clashes between the Defense Forces and Russian occupation troops took place on the front in Ukraine. The enemy continues to concentrate its main efforts in the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka directions.
In particular, the occupants made unsuccessful attacks in the area of Marinka and Krasnohorivka. This is stated in the morning summary of the General staff of the AFU on Facebook in the morning of July 19.
Russian shelling and the situation on the frontline
On the night of July 19, the Russian Federation launched another missile and air strike on Ukraine. Information about the consequences of this terrorist attack is being specified.
In the past 24 hours the occupants launched a missile and aviation strike on the territory of Ukraine. They used 6 cruise missiles "Kalibr" and 35 Iranian akamikaze UAV "Shahed-136". Air defense forces and assets destroyed 6 "Kalibr" cruise missiles and 31 enemy UAVs.
In the Siversk and Slobozhansk directions the enemy fired mortars and artillery at more than 20 settlements, in particular, Seredyna-Buda, Popovka, Iskryskivshchyna, Volfyn, Stepne in Sumy region and Kozacha Lopan, Vovchansk and Budarky in Kharkiv region came under fire.
In the Kupiansk direction our soldiers are steadfastly holding the defense. The enemy launched an air strike in the area of Kyslivka. Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zakhidne, Sinkivka, Kupiansk and Kislivka of Kharkiv region were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling of the enemy.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy launched air strikes in the areas of Belohorivka, Luhansk region, as well as Spirne and Siversk, Donetsk region. The settlements of Nevske and Belohorivka in Luhansk region and Torske, Lyman, Berestove and Rozdolivka in Donetsk region were subjected to artillery shelling.
In the Bakhmut direction, under dense enemy air and artillery fire, our defenders successfully repelled enemy attacks in the area of Bohdanivka, Donetsk region. The enemy launched air strikes in the areas of Kurdyumivka,Ozarianivka, Druzhba, Bila Hora and Oleksandro-Shultyne. The enemy artillery shelling affected more than 10 settlements, including Vasyukivka, Bohdanivka, Stupochkym Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pivnichne and Pivdenne in Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy launched an air strike near the town of Avdiivka. At the same time, the enemy carried out artillery shelling of more than 15 settlements, including Keramik, Avdiivka, Pervomaysk and Semenivka in Donetsk region.
In the Marinka direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the Russian troops' offensive in the areas of Marinka and Krasnohorivka. The enemy shelled more than 10 settlements. Among them are Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Novomykhailivka and Maksymilianivka in Donetsk Region.

In the Shakhtar direction, in the areas of Rivne in Donetsk and Novodarivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the enemy made unsuccessful attempts to regain lost ground. It launched air strikes near Velyka Novosilka, Makarivka and Rivnopil. The enemy shelled more than 10 settlements, in particular, Novomykhailivka, Uhledar, Zolota Nyva and Shakhtarsk in Donetsk region.
In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on preventing further advance of our troops.

Airstrikes conducted in the areas of Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, Orikhiv and Piatykhatky in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Artillery shelling launched on more than 20 settlements, including Vilne Pole, Vremivka in Donetsk region; Zheleznodorozhne, Lobkove, Kamianske in Zaporizhzhia region; Synelnykove and Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk region; Burhunka, Kherson, Sadove, Berehove and Veletenske in Kherson region and Ochakiv in Mykolayiv region.
At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct offensive operations in the Melitopol and Berdyansk areas, consolidate on the achieved borders, inflict fire damage and carry out counter-battery measures.

Russia's losses in the war over 24 hours
The aviation of the defense forces over the past day carried out 12 strikes on areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment and 3 strikes on enemy surface-to-air missile systems.
Rocket troops and artillery units struck 1 enemy control center, 1 surface-to-air missile system, 16 artillery on firing positions, 3 ammunition depots and 3 enemy EW stations.
In addition, according to the General Staff, the occupants continue to rob the civilian population, appropriating the grain harvest of Ukrainian civilians. In particular, in the temporarily captured Skadovsk in Kherson region, the Russians have intensified the use of the port to export grain of this year's harvest to their ports since July 10.
