The Commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi, visited the frontline in the Bakhmut sector once again. He held a meeting with the commanders of the units fighting in the area of Bakhmut to plan further actions to protect and liberate Ukrainian land.

Details of the trip were provided by Syrskyi himself. He also added that the Russians continue to suffer significant losses in the Bakhmut sector.

"Bakhmut direction. I continue to work with our soldiers at the frontline. It is important for me to personally see our soldiers at the front. To hear their problems and suggestions first-hand. Together with unit commanders, we have planned further actions. The main focus, as always, is on people," said Syrskyi.

He also added that this time he brought awards for Ukrainian soldiers to the frontline, for their titanic work in defence of Ukraine.
