Explosions in Kyiv and Khmelnytskyi: Russian troops launch two new missile attacks
At 3 :35 p.m. on December 14, Ukraine once again declared an air alert. During the alert, explosions were heard in the capital and Khmelnytskyi region.
At 3:45 p.m., the Air Force reported that missiles had been launched and specified the direction of the missiles - towards Kyiv. And at 15:46, an explosion was heard in Kyiv, as confirmed by OBOZ.UA correspondents.
The Air Force also reported that three enemy targets were flying toward Starokostiantyniv. At 15:49, local Telegram channels reported the sound of explosions in Khmelnytsky region.
At 15:49, the Air Force wrote that the missiles were in Zhytomyr region and heading west. Residents of Rivne and Lutsk were urged to take shelter.

At 4:15 p.m., Ukraine announced that the threat from the MiG-31K had been eliminated. However, the activity of enemy tactical aviation in the south and east continued, as there was a possibility of using aircraft to attack the territory where air alert remained in effect. At 16:18, this concerned Kirovohrad, Kherson and Donetsk regions.
Later, the first deputy head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, Serhii Tiurin, confirmed that the enemy had attacked Khmelnytsky twice with missiles.
"During the air raid (2:09 - 2:57 pm), an explosion occurred in Starokostyanynivska ATC of Khmelnytskyi district. Later, during the next air raid (15:36 - 16:15), an explosion also occurred in the area of Myrolyubnenska ATC of Khmelnytskyi district. Relevant services are working at the sites where the missiles fell," said Tyurin.
He noted that no casualties or damage were reported in either case.
In the evening, the whole of Ukraine turned red again. Russian terrorists launched "Daggers" from the east. The Ukrainian Air Force called on the residents of Vinnytsia to take cover.
As a reminder, during the second large-scale alert, which began around 2 p.m, on Thursday, December 14, Russian terrorists launched missiles near Starokonstantinov, Khmelnytskyi region.
Earlier it was reported that on December 14, Ukraine announced a large-scale air alert just a few minutes before the start of a "direct line " and a press conference with dictator Vladimir Putin in Russia. The aggressor country sent a MiG-31K into the sky.
