European Solidarity is in the lead: how many Ukrainian MPs are fighting at the front. Infographic

Ukrainian MPs are actively involved in the fighting for the freedom and sovereignty of the state. The largest number of those who took up arms and went to the front is among representatives of the European Solidarity party - 328.
At the same time, the Radical Party is in the lead in terms of percentage. This is evidenced by the data of the CHESNO project.
Thus, the Radical Party has 22 military servicemen out of 71 deputies, which is 31% of the total number of council members.
Svoboda reported that 102 out of 402 deputies with mandates in city, regional and district councils are currently serving in the army (25.6 per cent).
As for European Solidarity, 13.7 per cent of local councillors at the level of city, regional and district councils (328 people) serve in various units of the Defence Forces. This party has the largest number of dead - ten.
The authors of the survey collected data from parties that have representation in the Verkhovna Rada or are among the top ten in terms of the number of MPs at the local level and have MPs in many regions of Ukraine. The results certainly violate the Kremlin's script.
"It is beneficial for Russia to launch the narrative that MPs do not serve, but instead sit in the rear behind the backs of citizens. We understand the importance of refuting the fakes of the aggressor country, which claims that MPs are not at war. This narrative is beneficial for Russia to undermine trust in the Ukrainian government. And the ruling party must understand the importance of building trust in both MPs and local governments," explained Vita Dumanska, head of the CHESNO initiative.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, at the beginning of the year, there were only two MPs who went to fight for Ukraine. Both MPs represented the Voice political force: Roman Kostenko and Roman Lozynskyi.
