British intelligence: Ukrainian military advances near Robotyne and Bakhmut, Russian Federation transfers forces from other areas

The occupiers have limited ability to conduct their own offensive operations

Ukrainian defenders have advanced east of Rщbotyne in Zaporizhzhia, while the Russian occupiers are moving forces from other parts of the front to this area. The Defense Forces also continue to put pressure on enemy positions south of Bakhmut, gradually advancing between Klishchiivka and Andiivka.

This is stated in the summary of the military intelligence of the UK released on the morning of September 9. As noted, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have advanced to the multi-level main enemy defense line east of Robotyne.

Ukrainian infantry continues its gradual tactical offensive against Russian positions and is depleting Russian forces in the area, the report said.

In addition, the AFU continues to put pressure on the positions of the invaders south of Bakhmut, gradually advancing between Klishchiivka and Andriivka.

"It is highly likely that Russia has redeployed forces from other parts of the front line to replace degraded units around Robotyne. These redeployments are likely limiting Russia's ability to conduct its own offensive operations in other parts of the front line. The redeployments are also a possible sign of pressure on their defensive lines, particularly around Robotyne," British intelligence said.
