Ukrainian border guards as part of Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to liberate Zaporizhzhia. The other day, they shot down seven enemy drones at once, managing to destroy two of them without detonation.
Border guards used both anti-drone rifles and small arms to neutralize the enemy UAVs that tried to attack the positions of Ukrainian soldiers. Details and photos of the destroyed drones were published by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"Border guards eliminated 7 enemy drones that attacked the positions of the soldiers in the Zaporizhzhia direction using anti-drone rifles and small arms," the statement said.
Border guards also clarified that five enemy UAVs were destroyed, and two were shot down without detonation.
Earlier, it was reported that the Ukrainian military destroyed an enemy Tor air defense system worth $25 million.
It was also reported that a Ukrainian drone destroyed an enemy FPV crew in the Kherson region; the moment was captured on camera.
On October 13, the Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated 970 Russian occupants and "demilitarized" 88 units of enemy equipment and weapons.
