All of Ukraine is under massive enemy missile attack: Russia hits energy facilities with Kalibr and Kh-101 missiles
On the morning of November 28, the aggressor country of Russia launched cruise missiles at Ukraine from ships and aircraft after terrorizing the country with attack drones all night. The alarm spread to all regions, with explosions in some, including confirmed hits in Kharkiv and Volyn.
The enemy attacked energy facilities, which led to emergency power outages. The threat of strikes was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force, and details on the movement of enemy targets were reported by monitoring channels.
Kyiv
The Kyiv City Military Administration reported that as a result of a missile strike by Russian troops on the capital, debris fell in the Dniprovsky district. According to preliminary reports, the debris fell on an open area. There was no information on casualties or damage. The data of the operational report is being updated.
Later, the city administration clarified that the rocket debris fell on the territory of the enterprise. As a result, several outbuildings and a truck were slightly damaged.
Kharkiv region
In a massive attack on the morning of November 28, Putin's terrorists launched missile attacks on Kharkiv. The largest district of the city, Kyivskyi, was under enemy attack, where a civilian enterprise was hit.
"According to preliminary information, the strikes hit the territory of a civilian enterprise in Kharkiv's Kyivskyi district. At the moment, there is no information about the victims," wrote Mayor Igor Terekhov.
The head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said that three explosions had occurred in the city. He also clarified that the missile strike damaged the production buildings of an enterprise and the windows of a residential apartment building.
Volyn region
Lutsk Mayor Ihor Polishchuk said that several hits by Russian missiles were recorded in the regional center. He noted that part of the city has lost power supply, so critical infrastructure facilities will be connected to alternative energy sources.
It was also decided to transfer schoolchildren who study in the first shift to distance learning. The mayor noted that Lutsk has heating stations where you can also connect to the Internet.
Rivne region
The head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Koval, said that Russian terrorists attacked the region with rockets. As a result of the shelling, more than 280,000 subscribers in the region were left without electricity. There were also interruptions in water supply.
According to the OVA, schools in Rivne and part of the Rivne district have been switched to distance learning. The JFO promised to provide more information about the consequences of the attack later.
Khmelnytsky region
During the morning massive rocket attack, several explosions occurred in Khmelnytskyi. The Ukrainian Air Force reported that the missiles came to strike the regional center in several waves.
Eyewitnesses said that after the explosions, electricity was cut off in some parts of the city. There was no official information from the authorities as of 9:00 am.
Vinnytsia region
First Deputy Head of Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration Natalia Zabolotna reported that the consequences of the Russian strike were recorded in the region. As a result of the missile attack, residential buildings were damaged, an outbuilding was destroyed, and a private car caught fire.
According to the CMA, a woman was injured and is being provided with the necessary medical care. All relevant services are working at the scene.
Situation in Ukraine after the missile attack
Ukrzaliznytsia reported that after the massive shelling, there were some isolated problems with electricity on the railway infrastructure, but more than 150 trains are running on schedule. The traffic situation is stable and under control.
The company clarified that due to the power outage in certain areas, there were delays of no more than 1 hour for 6 trains, but backup diesel locomotives are operating there.
The first wave of missiles
In particular, around 05:00, the enemy launched Kalibr cruise missiles from the Black Sea. According to the Ukrainian Navy, the aggressor deployed 14 ships, including four missile carriers (with a total volley of up to 22 Kalibr missiles).
In addition, Russia itself had seven strategic bombers in the sky, which later also launched missiles.
"Preliminary, launches/simulations of Kh-101/555 missiles from Tu-95MS/Tu-160 have taken place . We expect the missiles near the borders of Ukraine at about 06:30-07:30," the monitoring channels wrote.
The flight of Kalibr cruise missiles has already been recorded in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Poltava regions. At half past six in the morning, explosions were reported in Odesa, followed by loud noises in Kirovohrad.
Russian missiles continued to move to Cherkasy region - it was noted that they were heading north, towards Kyiv region. Then, through this region and Odesa region, they flew to Vinnytsia region.
At the same time, there were seven Tu-95MS aircraft in the sky in Saratov and Astrakhan regions of the Russian Federation, which took off from the Olenya airfield, and four Tu-95MS aircraft from Engels.
As of 06:00, one group of cruise missiles was moving from Vinnytsia to Khmelnytsky, and another group was moving past Zhytomyr.
At the same time, the threat of ballistic missiles was added from Crimea. At the same time, explosions were heard in Kharkiv - one of the civilian enterprises in the Kyiv district was attacked.
"The Kalibr missile changed its vector to Lviv region," wrote monitoring channels, also reporting on explosions in Rivne and Volyn.
Later it was noted that the first wave of Kh-101 cruise missiles was not observed in the airspace of Ukraine, and the second wave was expected from 06:50.
The head of the Volyn Regional Military Administration, Ivan Rudnytskyi, reported a hit on the territory of the region. According to him, emergency power outages have been introduced.
In general, emergency blackouts were introduced in many regions of Ukraine. Energy Minister Herman Galuchenko explained that Russia has launched a massive attack on energy facilities in Ukraine, details are being clarified.
The second wave of missiles
After 07:00, new groups of Russian cruise missiles crossed Ukrainian airspace. In particular, the Kh-101s flew through Chernihiv region to Kyiv region, as well as through the southern regions with a course to the northwestern regions.
Later, enemy targets were spotted over Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, and Poltava regions.
"The first four aircrafts are in Vinnytsia region. The course is still western. The first combat zone in Kyiv region is from Yahotyn to Boryspil. Two more control points from Kaniv to Kyiv region," reads the message of the Telegram channel monitor.
The capital reported the operation of air defense. At the same time, four Russian missiles were flying in Khmelnytsky region.
As OBOZ.UA reported, on the night of November 26, Russia attacked Ukraine with a record number of drones and four Iskander-M missiles. The enemy UAVs were shot down and lost in the area. At the same time, Ternopil came under attack from the Shaheds: the city experienced power and water outages due to damage to one of its critical infrastructure facilities.
