Air Force explained how many high-precision missiles are left in Russia
The terrorist state of Russia continues to launch missiles of various types at Ukraine. Moreover, the enemy currently has almost 1,000 high-precision long-range missiles.
In addition, Russia continues to produce long-range missiles. This was stated by Yurii Ihnat, spokesperson for the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during the TV marathon.
According to him, when it comes to Kinzhal air-to-ground missiles, the Russians do not have as many of this type of weapon as they do of other missiles. However, the enemy does not stop firing these missiles at Ukraine.
"You can see that Kinzhal missiles are not often used. There was a peak in May-June when they used them a lot. Then there were ballistics and cruise missiles at the same time. Now they are using Kinzhals. They have enough carriers, but not so many missiles," Ihnat said.
Regarding the total number of high-precision long-range missiles in Russia, the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine uses information from the Main Intelligence Directorate. According to the latest data, Russia has about 900 long-range missiles of various types.
Ihnat emphasized that the aggressor country continues to produce high-precision weapons. However, compared to last year's figures, Russia does not have many missiles left.
"We can rely on the number, according to our official data. Our official data is provided by the Main Intelligence Directorate. They have saved 900 high-precision long-range missiles. There are several hundred of each type. Unfortunately, the enemy continues to produce them, but not as many as last year. Therefore, the use of Iskander-M or S-400 ballistic missiles, as well as Kinzhal ones, is not something new for Ukraine," Ihnat said.
As a reminder, on December 14, Kyiv declared an air raid alert five times due to the takeoff of enemy MiG-31Ks, which are carriers of the Kinzhal missiles. During one of these alerts, Ukrainian air defenders shot down an X-47M Kinzhal missile.
Earlier, it was reported that the Russian occupation army has not been using Kalibr sea-launched cruise missiles to fire at Ukraine for a long time. Putin's terrorists are probably trying to accumulate high-precision missile weapons.
