AFU shoots down Russian Ka-52 helicopter worth up to $16m in Donetsk region
The enemy has lost another attack helicopter in Donetsk Region. Ukrainian anti-aircraft forces landed another Russian Ka-52 on the morning of 23 June.
This was reported by the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykola Oleshchuk. The cost of such helicopter is about 16 million dollars.
"Thank you all for the combat work tonight. I also thank our anti-aircraft gunners for shooting down another "alligator" in Donetschina this morning! Together - to victory," he noted.
The enemy helicopter was hit by the defenders at around 5 a.m.
