AFU hits the enemy's firing position near Lyman. Video
Ukrainian defenders destroyed a firing position of the Russian occupiers in the Lyman direction. At least three enemy soldiers were there.
The corresponding video was published on the StratCom of Ukraine Telegram channel. It is noted that the targeted strike was carried out by fighters of one of the mechanized battalions of the 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Mstyslav the Brave (to watch the video, scroll to the end of the news).
To recap, Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers burned down an enemy 2S9 Nona-S self-propelled artillery system in the Donetsk region. The pilots of the Raroh UAV company of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo Halytskyi made an excellent strike with the help of drones.
The published footage shows how a Ukrainian drone "spotted" a Nona-S hiding among the trees. At night, three UAV drops were made one after the other, with an explosion after each hit. Later, the occupiers tried to retrieve the damaged self-propelled artillery system but failed.
As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that the situation in the Lyman-Kupiansk direction is complex and dynamic. Russian troops are intensively using Su-25 and Su-35 aircraft and Ka-52 and Mi-8 helicopters to shell the area, but the Ukrainian Defense Forces are resisting enemy attacks and inflicting losses on the occupiers.
The Borysoglebsk electronic warfare station and the Zoopark reconnaissance and fire control radar complex were destroyed there by Defense Forces.
